Southern Ready To Do Battle Against Foxes

Keith Southern has never been one to be afraid to put a tackle in and he has today stated that the terriers must make amends for the disappointing home loss against Watford on Saturday;

"We need to show our character. We can't feel sorry for ourselves. This is a chance to make amends. We didn't hit the levels we have done in recent weeks against Watford. It shows you can't take anything for granted. If you think you've cracked it, you get a kick where it hurts."

"With the expectation level at this club, you've got be careful. We've had a great start, but Leicester will be no pushovers."

Southern was also keen to heap praise on Alan Lee who came on and scored Huddersfield's second goal against watford. Lee could well be in with a shout of starting tonight if Vaughan is cancelled out due to his injury. Southern states that Lee is more than ready to make his marlk on the Championship if he is given a chance;

"Alan's been chomping at the bit to get on the pitch. He gives the manager something a bit different with his prowess in the air."
