5 Players To Be Kept, 7 To Be Released

Simon Grayson has today released a list of the players he is willing to negotiate contracts with as well as the players he is unfortunately releasing from the club.

Retained Players - Ian Bennett, Tom Clarke, Alan Lee, Lloyd Allinson, Damien Johnson

Benno will be offered a new contract in The Championship

Released Players - Gary Naysmith, Gary Roberts, Danny Cadamarteri, Tommy Miller, Nathan Clarke, Aiden Chippendale, Simon Thomas

Gary Roberts will however be leaving the terriers

Simon Grayson has surprised many by letting go the likes of Miller, Roberts & Cadmarteri but its interesting to see he will allow players such as Alan Lee and Bennett to continue playing for the terriers. We love the idea he is willing to negotiate a contract with on loan midfielder Damien Johnson after he has been released by Plymouth as he has really impressed while being at The Galpharm.
